Organic Coconut Vinegar Raw 16 oz
MORE NUTRITIOUS THAN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - Raw Coconut Vinegar from Coconut Secret exceeds other kinds of vinegar in vitamin, mineral, and amino acid content. The benefits don't stop there: coconut vinegar also contains a prebiotic that promotes digestive health.
TASTES GREAT - Coconut vinegar is easier on the palate and is much less harsh than apple cider vinegar, which is often acidic in flavor. Coconut vinegar is milder and more pleasant. Because it is made with coconut sap and not coconuts, it does not have a coco-nutty flavor.
ONE INGREDIENT - Coconut vinegar is made from coconut sap aged 8 months to one year, without a single altercation. It is unpasteurized, unheated and enzymatically alive. It also contains the mother culture, or the live cultures that create vinegar, and is full of enzymes, proteins, and gut-friendly bacteria.
NATURALLY DELICIOUS - Raw Coconut Vinegar is certified 100% organic, gluten-free, kosher, and non-GMO verified. This unique product is made in small, hand-crafted batches.
SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES - Agrochemicals and GMOs are strictly prohibited from our farms in the Philippines. We use environmentally sustainable organic farming methods and always follow fair trade practices so you can consume our products with confidence.

Coconut Vinegar is a nutritious enzyme-rich addition to raw salad dressings and sauces and can be taken as a supplement. It can be used as a substitute for apple cider vinegar and has many of the same health benefits. Coconut Vinegar vs. Apple Cider Vinegar: Coconut trees are grown in rich volcanic soil, contributing to the sap’s high mineral content (especially abundant in Potassium – 220 mg per tablespoon of fresh sap). Our vinegar contains 17 health-promoting amino acids, broad-spectrum B vitamins, vitamin C, and naturally occurring FOS (a probiotic that promotes digestive health). Most apple cider vinegar has no measurable vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, or Vitamin E, fiber (pectin) or amino acid content. Coconut Vinegar has an alkalizing effect in the body, much the same as apple cider vinegar. The naturally occurring organic acids found in coconut sap vinegar, provide the body with important minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium. These and other minerals form compounds in the body that convert acid body fluids into alkaline. These are known as alkalizing minerals.
