California Academy of Health has great products. I've used the regular vitamin supplement and tried the Noni Juice. I feel the difference after only a few days of taking them regularly. They're also great with customer service and I will shop with them on a regular basis from now one (this is my second purchase).

As a first time customer I like the quality of the products, The products are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I plan to make additional purchases in the future. CAOH web site is very informative, it explains the purpose, contents and use of each product. I was a little disappointed with customer service. According to the website CAOH is a 24/7 operation so when customer service advised me that someone would call me back shortly to answer my questions, I had no idea they were talking about normal business hours. California Academy of Health's ACAI MAX is he best Acai juice we have tried. Beats Mona Vie and Tahiti Traders. Be careful Tahiti Trader's juice - they copied CAOH's product name and they add cane sugar to the juice. CAOH is the best!

I really love the liquid vitamins that I get from caoh. My only complaint is that I ordered several bottle of coral calcium. They all had power that had formed a huge hard lump in the bottle and there was no way to get rid of them. I wrote and ask what i could do about this and if I was actually getting any nutrients when the lump never dissolved. I never got a response. So I have several bottles of coral calcium that I don't take because I have no idea if it's good or not.

i order liquid acai berry juice from caoh and not only does it taste better than any other like product I've tried but it lasts longer than any like product I've bought. although it is a bit pricey, i think, you get what you pay for, is very true for this product. the order and shipping elements are excellent and easy.

I ordered 1 bottle of Acai - It upset my stomach; ate it with food. I took 1 pill from the 100 bottle. I IMMEDIATELY sent ALL THE ORDERING INFORMATION with ALL INFORMATION, explaining what had transpired - NO RESPONSE! And NO RETURN! I am a repeat customer and I was very upset. I purchase their products on e-Bay and through their website. It does not say whether to take w/food or not. But my stomach was so upset and I felt so awful, I didn't even want to try it again. Couldn't even get my husband to try it and both of us have an "iron stomach". Maybe it was a bad batch; maybe a bad capsule - who knows? All I know is that as soon as I took it I felt awful and the problem originated in the stomach. I did NOT take anything else that was new or anything else that it could have been. Was fine later in the day. I understand it\'s alkaline and I only bought it for it\'s anti-oxidant capabilities; but the Acai Berry - never had it before - did not agree. I wouldn't purchase it from the stores because it was all extracts and the juices were loaded w/sugar and I don't use sugar. So I'm disappointed in the NO RESPONSE. Still have the bottle. Best quality health juices anywhere at prices better than local stores charge for inferior products. CAOH goji juice is bright orange (non-oxidized) and is available as 100% juice. Other suppliers\' 100% goji is brown (oxidized) and most others mix goji with other juices and do not reveal the percentage of goji. Mixing with other juices conceals the color of the goji so you don\'t know if you\'re getting oxidized or non-oxidized product.

Dealing with caoh is always easy. They are attentive to your needs and will be there when you need them to do something special our out of the ordinary. In the years I have been a customer, they have made an error in my "standing order" only once and remedied that immediately when contacted. CAOH has excellent communication and prompt delivery. Where they have been falling short is on the taste and quality of some of their products. Specifically, Mangosteen elixir(lot# 683289) and Goji fusion(lot# 683286) don't taste very good at all. Goji fusion has a very strong after taste and the Mangosteen is rather flat. In the past, these products have tasted fresh and outstanding. I don't know why - maybe their raw material sources or manufacturing facility has changed. The liquid calcium was very disappointing. There was a 1/16-1/8th disk of minerals that never mixed back in and was still in the bottle when we finished taking it. I will not be ordering the liquid calcium again as that disk was probably all calcium - therefore a complete waste of money. The rest of the products were fantastic as always.

The product line is excellent and effective. I am glad that you are a domestic supplier. I have used products from several New Zealand suppliers as well and it\\'s nice to find comparable quality at home. Sometimes, the prices are a little out of my range (that's why I'm not in the replenishment club), but they're still much less expensive than treating all the different maladies they help prevent. I was disappointed with one of their products--Liquid Coral Calcium. The coral did not stay suspended in the liquid and became like cement in the bottom of the bottle. When I called Customer Service she was very friendly and admitted that there was this problem--however, she did not offer any discount for a future product. They sent me an order confirmation with a tracking number. I waited two weeks and kept checking my tracking number. Only, they didn't send my purchase b/c it was on back order.. They shouldn't email a tracking number if they're not going to ship your product. It would have been nice if someone had informed me through email or a simple phone call about what was going on. With that said..i'm still happy with the product (Tamanu oil) and the price. My particular situation may have just been a fluke.

Awesome products and super fast shipping. They seem very willing and eager to help if you have any questions or special needs (though I haven't had any yet... their online order form is easy to use, their product is "fresh" and they ship out quickly before I even have time for any questions or problems to come up). I have been taking their Liquid Power multivitamin for almost 2 months now and already feel an improvement in energy level & vitality & focus. I went to this site when a friend forwarded me an email from them. I was looking for Acai Berry that was affordable for me and my family of 7. I found a much more reasonably priced Acai Berry formula of good quality on this site than I was able to find else where. I use it everyday and I think it is really helping me. I think this merchant has been a wonderful merchant to work with. Shopping on-line has been a smooth experience, and the couple of times that I ordered via phone both of the representatives were helpful and friendly. The only change I would like to see (since I am a frequent customer), is larger discounts/savings for customers like myself who use their products consistently; without having to enroll in their "auto-replenishment" program. We have ordered through caoh for the past year. We have found wonderful products that are pure and priced much more affordably than previous products we have used. The products come in more easily usable containers and are sealed almost too well. This is a wonderful company. I am a health care professional and have done extensive research on therapy juices and super fruit products. I am very particular about what I require from these kinds of products. There are many companies that produce poor quality products and charge ridiculous amounts of money for them. I have been a customer of CAOH for several years now and have referred many patients, family and friends to them as well. CAOH meets all of my requirements. I feel they produce a high quality products for a fair price. Their therapy juices and liquid vitamins are great, but their other products and supplements are just as good. I appreciate that the therapy juice blends are blended with other high antioxidant juices. In addition, they don't contain additives, preservatives, added sugar. The labeling is clear and straight forward and tells you exactly how much of the active super fruit the bottle contains. No lies (aka "proprietary blend"). They also offer a few varieties of 100% pure therapy juices, in which the entire bottle is pure Mangosteen juice (or Goji, Noni,whatever your choice) with nothing added. I was not able to order online. Merchants web-site would not allow it. I was told that I did not qualify for free shipping because I live in Hawaii and merchandise had to be shipped via USPS. The merchandise was delivered by UPS! I was charged $60 for shipping. Is there an explanation for this?

The only big disappointment was that the organic acai juice tasted terrible and too sweet. It was an expensive purchase to try. I would suggest having a trial size available and encouraging customers to try it first, so that if customers cant tolerate the taste, they don't end up buying such a large, expensive amount and being disappointed.

In the beginning when I first ordered from the company, I had asked how many days for shipping should I allow before I will receive my order? I was asked for my zip code and was told 5 business days. My last two orders have not come in that time frame. One was 6 days and this past one was 7 days. Now that might not seem like a bid deal, but when your supply of pills or liquids(what ever form you take)is almost gone and your without it for a day or two it does make a difference. I order about 9 to 10 days in advance which is ample time to receive my order. So I dont understand why the delivery time has been taking longer lately? As for shipping options. From what I can tell the company only uses UPS. There are other options out there like DHL or FEDEX. I just dont understand why they limit there shipping options to one carrier? Probably because they are the cheapest for them and us to use. Other then those two things I have been very happy with the company. Everyone I speak to on the phone when I place my order is always curtious and helpful. Have a good day and thanks!

Although they no longer carried one of the products I ordered, they offered me a similar product at no cost to try. They then sent me a second email saying they found 1 bottle of my original ordered product and would send it to me if I still wanted it. They charge a little too much for Shipping and Handling. 12 dollars for 2 bottles is extremely high. CaOh brags about their price beating MLM sites, but with their shipping and handling charges, theyre right up there with them.

Wish I would have found them sooner. The products are reasonably priced and when combined with one of their coupons (which are given oftened) they are an excellent deal. It takes just a few days for delivery. I live in Boston and the normal delivery time is 3 days from the day my order was placed.
