The goji berry yields from our garden are very similar to properly tended grape vineyards. We remove clusters of goji berries so that the remaining berry clusters will have more concentrated flavor and sugar. This is important because it is the unique goji polysaccharides that are its most important attribute - Goji Garden.

Muslin netting is used to keep the birds, for the most part, away from the berries. Goji is a nice crop to work with because you don't have to worry about insects destroying your profits. The soil is always kept moist with river water which also supplies the berries with mineral rich silt - Goji Garden.
